## Pırlantanın Kesim Özellikleri

Pırlantalar genellikle 57 veya 58 yüzeyli (faceted) bir şekilde kesilir. Bu kesim şekline "brilliant cut" denir. Kesim, pırlantanın en önemli özelliklerinden biridir ve dört ana bileşeni vardır:

1. **Table (Tabla)**: Pırlantanın en üstteki düz yüzeyidir. Işığın taşa girdiği ve çıktığı en büyük yüzeydir.

- **Baget (Baguette):** Dikdörtgen veya kare şeklinde, genellikle uzun ve ince bir görünüm sunar. Az sayıda düz yüzeye (fasete) sahiptir.

Bu sertifikalar, bağımsız gemoloji laboratuvarları tarafından verilir ve taşın kesim, renk, berraklık ve karat ağırlığını detaylı bir şekilde açıklar. En bilinen sertifika sağlayıcıları arasında:

## Pırlanta Bakımı Nasıl Yapılmalı?

Pırlantaların uzun süre parlaklığını koruyabilmesi için düzenli bakım ve temizlik gereklidir. Bu takıların bakımı için şu adımlar izlenebilir:

- Düzenli olarak yumuşak bir fırça ve hafif sabunlu su ile temizlenmeli.
- Profesyonel temizlik ve bakım için periyodik olarak bir kuyumcuya götürülmeli.
- Sert yüzeylere veya kimyasallara maruz kalmaktan kaçınılmalı.
